Located in the East Residential National Historic
District just two blocks from Breckenridge's Main Street The Silver Pick and Carriage House was designed to be consistent with the architecture
of the late 1800's mining camp. Featuring ski area views, a Carriage House,
sleeping arrangements for up to 12 with a downtown Breckenridge location which is
considered one of the top resort destinations in the world, The Silver
Pick provides an unparallel experience for you, your family and your friends
year round. The Main House has 3 floors, 3 bedrooms and 3½ baths and will sleep up to 10. The lowest level has a king bed or two twins and a bunk bed with two full beds. The upper level has two bedrooms each with a queen bed and a private bath. The main level has a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a powder room. The carriage house has a queen bed, a bath, a kitchenette and will sleep two.
Both houses come with fully equipped kitchen, in-floor radiant heating, gas log stoves, shuttle stop right across the street, cable TV, VCR, DVD, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer in the main house, Hot Tub, convenient ski storage, and two parking spaces.
To ensure a comfortable stay, we have included information that may be beneficial to you.

Maintenance: *** If you should have any problems with the house during your stay including major appliances or the hot tub, please call Mike from Fortunato Properties at 970-453-0489 or Jon at 716-244-2425.
Parking: *** There is parking available at the house for 2 vehicles. (2 spaces NEXT to the garage on the side). There is 3 HOUR ONLY parking available on French Street in front of the house. (This is not reserved parking).
Snow Plowing: Your driveway will be plowed and walks shoveled. We have shovels strategically placed for your use as well.
The TOWN will REMOVE SNOW on French Street weekly. Please be sure to read and follow the signs when this will be happening; so you may move any of your vehicles from the street.
Driveway: The Driveway is SHARED with the main House and Carriage House to the North. Please do not Park in the driveway at any time; as this will block the access for your neighbor. THANKS! You have 2 Parking spaces in the back of the property next to The Garage. Please pull up as far as possible so as to allow your neighbor to maneuver their vehicles.
Thermostats: The heating system is in floor radiant which provides the heat for both houses. Several bedrooms have their own thermostat. Should you have a problem where you are not getting enough heat,please call Mike from Fortunato Properties at 970-453-0489 or Jon at 716-244-2425. The Main House fireplace thermostat is located on the wall next to the sofa. Please turn the thermostat to the off position whenever you leave the house or the fireplace is left unattended. Also please turn the house thermostats to 62º when you depart.
Hot Tub: Please remember that you are sharing the Hot Tub with the Carriage House. Hot Tub controls are on the hot tub. If there is a problem with the hot tub, please call Mike from Fortunato Properties at 970-453-0489 or Jon at 716-244-2425. In an emergency, please page Jake from Rocky Mountain Tubs at 970-262-8602. Hot Tub is checked once a week by Rocky Mountain Hot Tub. They will set the temperature control weekly so please do not adjust the temperature control unless it is different than 104º in winter months and 85º in summer months. If you do need to adjust the Hot Tub then please note: The up ▲ switch does not work. Use the down ▼switch for raising the temperature both up and down. To raise the temperature, move the down switch to 92˚ wait one minute and then move up to 104˚.
Garbage: Garbage may be placed in the bin next to the garage, as it will be picked up after your departure. Weekly Garbage pick-up is EARLY on Tuesday morning. Bins should be rolled to the street for pick up.
General Info
All Lodges are non-smoking, non-pet visiting Properties.
For the consideration of all of our guests who pass through our homes, as well as for insurance and fire safety reasons; smoking is not allowed inside. Also in consideration of others; Pets are not allowed. If you have any smokers in your party, please feel free to smoke outside on the decks. You are responsible for your butts.
SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY OR PETS WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT; AS WELL AS IMMEDIATE EVICTION.
If you have a pet who is traveling with you; Arrangements may be made with the Breckenridge Kennel "The Dog House". Unfortunately, we are not able to allow pets to stay or visit the rental homes.
